Jackie Keiper – President

After many years as a successful mortgage and advertising sales consultant, Jackie founded Key Executive Recruiting. She works tirelessly to ensure the client and candidate hiring experience is a seamless experience and enjoys the satisfaction of knowing that her client’s hiring needs have been met.  Jackie specializes primarily in IT and Sales, with a particular focus on helping startup companies build a dynamic sales force.

Married and a mother of two boys, Jackie enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. Jackie is excited to continue partnering top-notch talent with her industry leading clients.


Mary Madonna –  Executive Director, Northeast 

Mary joins Key Executive with nearly 20 years in Retail Operations and HR.  Her extensive experience with interviewing and training new hires has made her a natural fit for her new role.  Mary specializes in Retail and Sales hires.

A recent transplant of New York, Mary enjoys spending time with her 3 children and husband in their new home in Connecticut.  She looks forward to diving in to her new role with Key Executive.


Tommy Keiper- Executive Recruiter

Tommy has been collaborating with the Key Executive team since early 2019, bringing over 15 years of experience as a  medical device sales leader.  His expertise in selecting and growing successful sales teams uniquely qualifies him to choose the right candidate for our clients.  Tommy is working directly with our clients looking for medical device sales people as well as concentrating on our growing technology division.

Tommy lives in the Virginia Beach area and enjoys competing in various endurance events along the east coast.  When not competing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys by the pool.
